About Rash / skin concern visit
A skin concern visit uses high-quality photos and a structured history — onset, distribution, itch or pain, triggers, response to prior treatments — to triage common dermatologic problems such as eczema, contact dermatitis, fungal infections, acne, rosacea, and viral exanthems. Many conditions can be treated empirically with topical therapy; others require in-person evaluation, biopsy, or specialist referral. Pigmented lesions concerning for melanoma, rapidly growing or non-healing lesions, blistering or systemic skin reactions, and rashes with fever require urgent in-person assessment.
