Telehealth visits, lab orders, and prescription consultations are qualified medical expenses under IRS Publication 502. Use your HSA or FSA debit card at checkout — Ondoc accepts them like any other Visa or Mastercard. We email an itemized, IRS-compliant receipt with provider NPI, service description, and date of service so you have everything you need for substantiation or reimbursement.
