Ondoc accepts commercial insurance where supported, or $50 self-pay per visit or request evaluation. For ongoing care, membership starts at $25 a month with 2 included visits monthly — always optional, and pay-per-visit stays available anytime.

Membership
Ongoing program-specific care — primary care, men's or women's health, dermatology, mental health or weight management.

Pay with HSA or FSA
Telehealth visits, lab orders, and prescription consultations are qualified medical expenses under IRS Publication 502. Use your HSA or FSA debit card at checkout — Ondoc accepts them like any other Visa or Mastercard. We email an itemized, IRS-compliant receipt with provider NPI, service description, and date of service so you have everything you need for substantiation or reimbursement.
