You tell us what you need
An annual physical or ongoing primary-care visit, a visit for a new or ongoing concern, a refill of a medication you already take, a doctor's note, a specialist referral, or lab and imaging orders. We only ask what that specific need requires — usually about two minutes.

We send the result where it needs to go
A signed prescription or order is faxed to your pharmacy, lab or imaging center; notes and letters come to you. You get a confirmation by email either way.
