Submit your request, a licensed provider reviews it, and your pharmacy gets a signed fax. Most requests are completed in under 24 hours — a brief video visit may be requested if the provider needs more information.

Signed fax goes to your pharmacy
We fax a signed authorization to your pharmacy. You'll get a confirmation by email.
