UHC Student Resources Telehealth — in-network online visits, confirmed before you pay

Eligibility & network status verified during intake. If not in-network, you only pay $50 — never a surprise bill.

Ondoc's clinician panel includes UnitedHealthcare in-network prescribers (including UMR and Oxford). We confirm UHC eligibility and network status during intake.

How in-network confirmation works
  1. You enter your UHC Student Resources member ID during intake.
  2. We run a real-time eligibility check against UHC Student Resources.
  3. You see your copay (or $50 self-pay fallback) before submitting.
  4. A licensed clinician completes the visit and bills UHC Student Resources directly.
Refills & prior authorization

UHC's PDL covers most generics at $5–$15 copay. We check OptumRx coverage before approving any refill.

UHC requires PA for GLP-1s, controlled stimulants, and specialty drugs. Our clinician submits the PA directly to OptumRx.
