Same doctor, every visit

You see the same board-certified clinician for check-ups, refills, and follow-ups — real continuity, not a rotating pool.

Everyday care handled online

Blood-pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid, mental health, refills, labs, and specialist referrals — all managed by one clinician.

Insurance billed

Most plans cover primary care telehealth at parity with in-office. We verify benefits and show your cost before you book.

FAQs

Can I use Ondoc as my primary care doctor?

Yes. Many patients use Ondoc as their ongoing PCP — the same board-certified clinician handles routine visits, refills, chronic-care management, screenings, and referrals over time.

What can a primary care visit online cover?

Annual check-ups, blood-pressure and cholesterol management, diabetes and thyroid follow-up, mental-health check-ins, refills, lab ordering, and specialist referrals. Anything that requires a physical exam or a procedure is referred appropriately.

Do you take insurance for primary care visits?

Yes. Most commercial plans (Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana) and Medicare cover primary-care telehealth at parity with in-person visits. Cash price is $50 if your plan doesn't cover it — shown before you book.

Will you order my labs and imaging?

Yes. The clinician orders labs at Quest or LabCorp and imaging at facilities in-network with your plan. Results come back to your Ondoc chart and get reviewed with you.

What if I need to see a specialist?

The clinician sends a referral with the clinical summary, ICD-10 codes, and prior workup the specialist needs — not a one-line note that gets sent back for more info.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. Our board-certified clinicians are accepting new primary care patients across all 50 states. You can request your first visit today and stay with the same clinician for ongoing care.

How do I find a new PCP or switch from my current one?

Request a primary care visit here — you'll be matched with a board-certified PCP in your state. We'll request your records from your prior doctor (with your permission) so nothing gets lost in the switch.

Can this be my primary care doctor if I need same-week care?

Yes. Most new patients get seen within a few days. After the first visit, the same clinician stays on for refills, follow-ups, chronic-condition management, and referrals.
