You see the same board-certified clinician for check-ups, refills, and follow-ups — real continuity, not a rotating pool.
Blood-pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid, mental health, refills, labs, and specialist referrals — all managed by one clinician.
Most plans cover primary care telehealth at parity with in-office. After we receive your request, your plan details are reviewed and we tell you what applies.
Yes. Many patients use Ondoc as their ongoing PCP — the same board-certified clinician handles routine visits, refills, chronic-care management, screenings, and referrals over time.
Annual check-ups, blood-pressure and cholesterol management, diabetes and thyroid follow-up, mental-health check-ins, refills, lab ordering, and specialist referrals. Anything that requires a physical exam or a procedure is referred appropriately.

Yes. Our board-certified clinicians are accepting new primary care patients across all 50 states. You can request your first visit today and stay with the same clinician for ongoing care.
Request a primary care visit here — you'll be matched with a board-certified PCP in your state. We'll request your records from your prior doctor (with your permission) so nothing gets lost in the switch.
Yes. Most new patients get seen within a few days. After the first visit, the same clinician stays on for refills, follow-ups, chronic-condition management, and referrals.
