About Pre-employment evaluation
Employers ask for different things under the same name. Ondoc is a virtual practice: a clinician can perform a telehealth history and physical, document your health status on the Ondoc physical exam form, and place legitimate lab orders that you complete at a collection site. Ondoc does not perform drug screening collection, TB collection or testing, hearing, vision or color-vision testing, respirator fit testing, immunization administration, functional-capacity testing, employer-panel occupational examinations, or formal fitness-for-duty examinations. If your employer requires any of those, or names a designated examiner, that part is done in person at an occupational health clinic.
