Online urgent care provides same-day evaluation of acute, low-acuity conditions — UTIs, sinus infections, pink eye, rashes, sore throats, urinary symptoms, minor allergic reactions, and refills of essential medications. A licensed clinician reviews the intake, asks follow-up questions, and either treats remotely or directs the patient in person when an exam, imaging, or procedure is required. Red-flag presentations — chest pain, focal neurologic symptoms, severe abdominal pain, signs of sepsis, pregnancy emergencies — are routed to in-person emergency care.
