How in-network confirmation works
  1. You enter your NALC member ID during intake.
  2. We run a real-time eligibility check against NALC.
  3. You see your copay (or $50 self-pay fallback) before submitting.
  4. A licensed clinician completes the visit and bills NALC directly.
Refills & prior authorization

We check your plan's formulary coverage in real time before approving any refill. Generic medications are typically covered at the lowest tier.

If your medication requires prior authorization, our clinician submits the PA electronically through CoverMyMeds.

Check your plan's member portal or call the member services number on the back of your card.
