- Pain spreading to the arm, jaw, neck, back, or upper stomach
- Cold sweats, nausea, or vomiting with chest discomfort
- New shortness of breath with or without chest pain
- Sudden fatigue, dizziness, or fainting — especially in women or people with diabetes
