Talk with an Ondoc clinician today

See a licensed clinician online for new symptoms, an illness, or any general medical concern — most requests are handled the same day.

How it works

  1. Describe what is going on and how long it has been happening.
  2. Pick a time or send your request and a licensed clinician in your state reviews it.
  3. You get an evaluation, a plan, and prescriptions or testing sent where you need them.
  4. Notes, labs, and follow-up stay in one place for next time.

Insurance & cost

Use commercial insurance where it is supported, or self-pay at a flat $50 per approved request. Select insurance or self-pay in care discovery to see Ondoc's current payer status before entering personal information. Member-specific eligibility, active status, and benefits are verified by our insurance verification team. Medicare and Medicaid are not accepted as insurance.
