What can a $50 online visit handle?
Refill renewals, simple acute issues (UTI, sinus infection, pink eye, mild rashes), birth control prescriptions, and routine lab orders. Not appropriate for emergencies. Ondoc has no general controlled-medication pathway (Texas-only programs are the exception).
Can I put this visit through my UMR plan?
Select UMR during discovery to see current payer status before patient details. Member-specific eligibility, active status, and benefits are verified by our insurance verification team. Medicaid is not accepted.
Do I need to switch primary care doctors?
