Refill renewals, simple acute issues (UTI, sinus infection, pink eye, mild rashes), birth control prescriptions, and routine lab orders. Not appropriate for emergencies. Ondoc has no general controlled-medication pathway (Texas-only programs are the exception).
Can I put this visit through my Anthem plan?
Select Anthem during discovery to see current payer status before patient details. Member-specific eligibility, active status, and benefits are verified by our insurance verification team. Medicaid is not accepted.
Do I need to switch primary care doctors?
