During intake we run a real-time eligibility check against BCBS using your member ID. You see your copay or self-pay fallback before you submit the request.

What if BCBS denies the claim?

If BCBS denies coverage after the visit, the $50 self-pay rate applies — never a surprise bill. We also email an itemized superbill so you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows.
