← Ondoc for providers

Telehealth work that also grows your own practice

Many telehealth networks only let you see their patients. Ondoc lets you do that with Ondoc assignments, and also list your own practice so patients can book you directly.

Apply to join
  • Ondoc assignments: $30 per completed visit, on the availability you set
  • Marketplace listing: patients book you directly for $20 per booking
  • Use one, the other, or both from the same dashboard

How your balance works

  • Insurance Marketplace booking-$20
  • $50 self-pay booking (Ondoc collects $50, minus $20 fee)+$30
  • $100 self-pay booking (Ondoc collects $100, minus $20 fee)+$80
  • Completed Ondoc assignment+$30

Example: one insurance booking (-$20) plus one completed assignment (+$30) leaves you at +$10.

Questions

What are Ondoc assignments?
Ondoc sends you patients from its own booking flow. You earn $30 for each completed assignment. Nothing is earned for an assignment that isn't completed.
Can I do both?
Yes. Marketplace bookings and Ondoc assignments are two separate switches in the same provider dashboard. Turning one off never turns off the other.
How am I paid or billed?
Everything nets on one monthly statement. If the net is in Ondoc's favour you get an invoice; if it's in yours, Ondoc pays you. Ondoc never charges a card automatically.
Who manages Marketplace patients?
You do. Marketplace bookings go straight to your provider dashboard and you care for the patient in your own practice, with your own records and billing.
