Questions
- What are Ondoc assignments?
- Ondoc sends you patients from its own booking flow. You earn $30 for each completed assignment. Nothing is earned for an assignment that isn't completed.
- Can I do both?
- Yes. Marketplace bookings and Ondoc assignments are two separate switches in the same provider dashboard. Turning one off never turns off the other.
- How am I paid or billed?
- Everything nets on one monthly statement. If the net is in Ondoc's favour you get an invoice; if it's in yours, Ondoc pays you. Ondoc never charges a card automatically.
