FAQs

Are Ondoc primary care doctors really accepting new patients?

Yes. Our board-certified clinicians accept new primary care patients across all 50 states. Request a visit and you'll be matched with a PCP licensed in your state.

How fast can a new patient get seen?

Most new primary care patients get their first visit within a few days of requesting.

Can this replace an in-person PCP?

For most routine primary care — check-ups, refills, chronic-condition management, labs, referrals — yes. Anything requiring a hands-on exam or a procedure is referred appropriately.

Do you take insurance for new patient visits?

Yes. Most commercial plans (Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana) cover primary care telehealth at parity. Ondoc does not bill Medicare or Medicaid. Cash price is $50 if your plan doesn't cover — disclosed before you book.
