  4. A licensed clinician completes the visit and bills GWH-Cigna directly.
Refills & prior authorization

Cigna's Performance Formulary covers most generics at the lowest tier. We check coverage in real time before approving your refill.

Cigna requires PA for many GLP-1s, ADHD stimulants, and biologics. We submit electronic PAs through CoverMyMeds to speed approval.
