In-network Aetna online visits — confirmed before you pay

Eligibility & network status verified during intake. If not in-network, you only pay $50 — never a surprise bill.

Ondoc's clinician panel includes Aetna in-network prescribers in every state we cover. We verify your Aetna eligibility and network status during intake — before your card is charged.

How in-network confirmation works
  1. You enter your Aetna member ID during intake.
  2. We run a real-time eligibility check against Aetna.
  3. You see your copay (or $50 self-pay fallback) before submitting.
  4. A licensed clinician completes the visit and bills Aetna directly.
Refills & prior authorization

Aetna's formulary tiers most generic refills at $0–$15 copay. If your medication needs a prior authorization, our clinician submits it on your behalf.

Aetna requires prior authorization for GLP-1s, brand-name stimulants, and some specialty drugs. We handle the PA paperwork and fax it directly to Aetna.
