FAQs for UnitedHealthcare members
Does UHC often include primary-care telehealth?
Most UHC plans often include primary-care telehealth visits at the same rate as in-person primary care. Select insurance during discovery to see Ondoc’s current payer status. Member-specific eligibility, active status, and benefits are verified by our insurance verification team.
Can I use UHC for my annual physical?
The preventive/wellness portion of an annual check-up is often covered at $0 by UHC when the clinician participates in your plan. Any lab work is billed to your UHC lab benefit.
Will UHC cover my labs and imaging ordered here?
Yes. The clinician orders labs at Quest or LabCorp and imaging at national facilities so your plan's lab/imaging benefit applies.
