FAQs for Medicare members

Does Medicare often include primary-care telehealth?

Most Medicare plans often include primary-care telehealth visits at the same rate as in-person primary care. Select insurance during discovery to see Ondoc’s current payer status. Member-specific eligibility, active status, and benefits are verified by our insurance verification team.

Can I use Medicare for my annual physical?

The preventive/wellness portion of an annual check-up is often covered at $0 by Medicare when the clinician participates in your plan. Any lab work is billed to your Medicare lab benefit.

Will Medicare cover my labs and imaging ordered here?

Yes. The clinician orders labs at Quest or LabCorp and imaging at national facilities so your plan's lab/imaging benefit applies.
