NYCE IPA's telehealth filter is supposed to surface providers you can see today. In practice, the slots are gone by 9am. Ondoc runs online visits at a $50 self-pay rate (HSA/FSA accepted), or you can select NYCE during discovery; member-specific eligibility, active status, and benefits are verified by our insurance verification team.

What can a $50 online visit handle?
Refill renewals, simple acute issues (UTI, sinus infection, pink eye, mild rashes), birth control prescriptions, and routine lab orders. Not appropriate for emergencies. Ondoc has no general controlled-medication pathway (Texas-only programs are the exception).
Can I put this visit through my NYCE plan?
Select NYCE during discovery to see current payer status before patient details. Member-specific eligibility, active status, and benefits are verified by our insurance verification team. Medicaid is not accepted.
Do I need to switch primary care doctors?
No — Ondoc is a bridge, not a replacement. Keep your NYCE PCP search going; use us when you need care faster than the in-network calendar allows.
