Ondoc's clinician panel includes Blue Cross Blue Shield in-network prescribers across regional Blues plans. We verify your specific BCBS plan's eligibility and network status during intake.

How in-network confirmation works
  1. You enter your Anthem Blue Cross member ID during intake.
  2. We run a real-time eligibility check against Anthem Blue Cross.
  3. You see your copay (or $50 self-pay fallback) before submitting.
  4. A licensed clinician completes the visit and bills Anthem Blue Cross directly.
Refills & prior authorization

BCBS formularies vary by state plan (Anthem, Highmark, Florida Blue, Empire, BCBS TX, etc.). We check your specific plan's formulary before approving the refill.

Most BCBS plans require PA for GLP-1s, brand stimulants, and specialty drugs. We submit PAs to the correct regional Blues processor.
