These are typical US market prices, not Ondoc's price. An Ondoc online visit request is $50 self-pay, or billed to your commercial insurance when applicable.
Ondoc handles the online clinical step around your DOT exam — medical history, medication review, sleep-apnea screening, and blood-pressure, A1c or CPAP documentation. The exam itself must be performed in person by a Certified Medical Examiner on the FMCSA National Registry. The medical examiner's certificate (DOT medical card) is issued by that examiner, not by Ondoc.
Use commercial insurance, or choose $50 self-pay for the Ondoc visit. Anything the referral leads to is billed separately by that provider. The in-person DOT exam is a separate charge set by that examiner and is not included.
