Prescription refill online in Alaska

Ondoc handles eligible non-controlled prescription refills online in Alaska. A licensed clinician reviews your request and sends the prescription to the pharmacy you choose when continuing the medication is appropriate.

Use commercial insurance, or choose $50 self-pay for the Ondoc clinician refill. The medication itself is priced by your pharmacy and is not included.

What Ondoc can refill in Alaska

Stable, non-controlled maintenance medications — blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, oral diabetes medications, asthma inhalers, reflux, birth control, non-controlled antidepressants and many others. Submitting a request does not approve a refill; some medications need a visit or recent labs first.

Controlled medications

Ondoc has no general controlled-medication prescribing or refill pathway. The only exceptions are Qsymia, available nationwide, and two compounded programs — testosterone and phentermine — available to patients located in Texas.

Where the prescription goes

To the pharmacy you name in the request — any pharmacy in Alaska. You pick it up there, and the pharmacy prices the medication itself.

What to have ready

  • The medication name (strength is optional)
  • Your pharmacy — name and city, or the one you always use
  • Roughly when you last filled it
