In-network Kaiser online visits — confirmed before you pay
Eligibility & network status verified during intake. If not in-network, you only pay $50 — never a surprise bill.
Kaiser Permanente operates a closed network — most care must be received within Kaiser facilities. If you're a Kaiser member, your $50 Ondoc visit and superbill may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement only in specific cases (urgent travel, away from home).
- You enter your Kaiser member ID during intake.
- We run a real-time eligibility check against Kaiser.
- You see your copay (or $50 self-pay fallback) before submitting.
- A licensed clinician completes the visit and bills Kaiser directly.
Kaiser fills prescriptions through Kaiser pharmacies. Ondoc can fax your refill to a Kaiser pharmacy if your local plan permits external prescribers.
Kaiser's closed model means most PAs are handled internally. Out-of-network requests typically require pre-authorization from Kaiser Member Services.
