Cigna typically requires PA for glp-1 agonists for obesity prescribed for weight management (glp-1). Ondoc's clinician completes the PA form and submits it directly to Cigna — you don't fill out any paperwork.
Cigna requires PA for many GLP-1s, ADHD stimulants, and biologics. We submit electronic PAs through CoverMyMeds to speed approval.
