Physical Therapy referral in Provo, UT

Ondoc's role is the first step: an online visit with a clinician licensed in Utah who evaluates your physical therapy need and discusses any appropriate testing or referral. A referral depends on clinical evaluation and does not book a specialist appointment. Ondoc clinicians do not provide physical therapy themselves. Typical response under 24 hours.

The Ondoc online evaluation is billed to commercial insurance or $50 self-pay. Anything the referral leads to is billed separately by that provider.

About Physical Therapy

Physical therapists evaluate movement and function and design individualized rehabilitation programs for orthopedic, neurologic, post-surgical, vestibular, pelvic floor, cardiopulmonary, and pediatric conditions. Treatment combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, modalities, and patient education focused on safe return to activity and self-management.

Ondoc does not replace your physical therapy specialist. The online visit evaluates your concern and whether testing or a signed referral is appropriate; a referral does not book an outside specialist appointment. Specialty procedures, scheduling and charges are separate.
