In-network UMR visits in Beatrice, NE

Eligibility & network status confirmed before your card is charged.

UMR is the third-party administrator for self-funded employer plans inside the UnitedHealthcare network. Ondoc's clinicians are in-network for UMR members — we verify your specific employer plan's eligibility and benefits during intake, before your card is charged. Unlike directory sites where each individual doctor's accepted-plan list and availability limits who you can see, Ondoc's behind-the-scenes clinician panel includes board-certified prescribers in Nebraska who accept most major carriers — so we can match you to an in-network UMR clinician without "no availability" gaps.

How in-network confirmation works
  1. You start a visit and enter your UMR member ID.
  2. We run a real-time eligibility check against UMR.
  3. If active & in-network, your visit is billed to UMR.
  4. If not, you only pay the $50 self-pay rate — no surprise bills.
UMR Rx & prior authorization

UMR plans typically use the OptumRx formulary, but your self-funded employer can customize tiers, exclusions, and copays. We check your plan's live formulary before approving any refill so you don't get hit with a surprise tier-3 cost.

UMR routes prior authorizations through OptumRx for most plans; some self-funded employers carve out PA to a separate PBM. Our clinician identifies the correct processor from your member ID and submits the PA electronically.

Why Ondoc covers UMR more reliably than a directory

On a typical "find a doctor" site, an individual provider may take UMR but be booked for weeks — or accept UMR but not your specific UMR subplan. Ondoc routes your visit to a board-certified prescriber on our panel who is confirmed in-network with your exact UMR plan in Nebraska. Reviewed, signed, and faxed by a licensed clinician — no inventory limits.
