Confidential by default

Your visit, results, and prescriptions stay in your chart — never shared without your written consent.

Real lab orders

We send orders to a Quest or Labcorp location near you. No mail-only kits — you get a real lab draw and reportable results.

Treatment when appropriate

For confirmed chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, or herpes, the clinician can send the appropriate prescription to your pharmacy the same day.

What you get

  • Telehealth visit with a licensed clinician
  • Lab order for the panel you and the clinician agree on
  • Results reviewed with you — not just dropped in a portal
  • Prescription sent to your pharmacy when treatment is indicated

FAQs

What can be tested?

Standard panels cover chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, hepatitis B and C, trichomoniasis, and herpes serology. The clinician helps you pick based on exposure and symptoms.

Will this show up on my insurance?

If you bill insurance, the visit and lab will appear on your Explanation of Benefits. You can pay cash for either or both to keep it off insurance — we'll show you the price up front.

Can I get treatment without testing first?

Sometimes — for a known exposure to a partner with a confirmed STI, expedited partner therapy is appropriate. The clinician decides based on CDC guidance.

Is this anonymous?

It's confidential, not anonymous — labs require your real identity for results to be valid. Your records are protected under HIPAA and aren't shared without consent.
