What you can expect
A licensed clinician reviews every request
Requests are reviewed by a board-certified clinician licensed in your state. Nothing is auto-approved by software.
Choose a time or continue without one
Both paths are available for supported Ondoc care. Pick the one that works for you.
Typical turnaround is under 24 hours
Most requests are reviewed the same business day. Complex cases, missing records, or requests needing a conversation can take longer.
We are not an emergency service
Ondoc does not treat emergencies. For chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, or thoughts of self-harm, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Some requests are declined
If a request is not clinically appropriate, the clinician will decline it and explain why. Self-pay charges for declined requests are refunded.
How insurance is handled
Ondoc accepts Medicare, self-pay, and major commercial insurance. Medicaid is not accepted.
You can also skip insurance entirely and use the self-pay price, which is shown before you submit.
